Given we have waitlists for tomorrow’s classes, we had to cxl some reservations due to previous no-shows. it’s literally the WORST feeling in the world for us, however it’s our policy and it’s only fair. You wouldn’t want to be left hanging in “waitlist-ville” all because someone forget to cxl their reservation, would you? 😦
we do encourage you to keep an eye on your emails and on the class counts in our app, we very frequently have last minute cxls which open up spots.
