One of our least favorite things to write about is policies, which is why we have so few of them! We think we’re pretty lenient with sign-ups and cancels, especially given the size of our home (read: not big!). All we ask is that you cancel 12 hours before morning classes so other FRIENDz know that they can get in before they go to bed. Not sure if you’ll be able to make it the next morning? WAIT TO SIGN UP. If you wake up and decide you want to come to class, YAY! If we’re full, shoot us a note (email, fb … we respond VERY QUICKLY) and we’ll see what we can do!
It’s always been the policy to charge if you cancel within 12 hours (and 2 hours before evening classes), but we’ve been a little too lenient about it …unfortunately, not anymore. If you late cancel and don’t contact us within 4 hours, and we don’t have a card on file for you to charge the fee, your registration ability is going to be suspended.
We’ve kept way too many FRIENDz away from our home because other FRIENDz held spots they didn’t keep, and it’s really one of the few things that upsets us … and it upsets us a lot.
Please please please understand why we do this. We want you to be able to come to every class you want to come to, and that can’t happen if we’re not all treating registrations with the considerations they deserve.
