as for wed morning … we’re doing a #PiYO BOOST class. A BOOST at FFS is simply a time-condensed version of the typical class format. This week we’ll do FULL BODY & CORE routines (time = 30 minutes), with an OPTIONAL 15 minute FLOW to wrap up the class (total time = 45 minutes). We say optional because we know some of you have to scoot in the am and we don’t want you to feel bad 🙂
